Pour the [marinade](https://pingforagoodtime.com/recipes/recipe.php#chipotle-adobo-chicken-marinade.md) over the chicken, tossing to coat every piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165.) Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. 3.
