# Maple Bacon Burritos Great meal prep breakfast meal! ## ingredients * 10 Slices center cut bacon * 10 Slices Canadian bacon * 6 tbsp maple syrup * 4 1/2 cup hashbrowns * Salt * Garlic Powder * Thyme * 12 Eggs * 1 cup cottage cheese * 1 tbsp corn starch * 1 cup shredded chedder cheese * 10 burrito-style tortillas * Mayo * Sriracha ## steps 1. Add bacon to 10"x15" pan, bake at 400 for ~20min 2. Remove bacon, remove excess grease, layer over shredded hashbrowns. Bake at 400 for ~20min 3. Combine crumbled bacon, diced canadian bacon, maple syrup, and seasonings 4. Sprinkle meat mixture over cooked hashbrowns 5. Blend eggs and cottage cheese before pouring evenly the mixture in the pan 6. Bake at 400 for ~25-30mins or until firm 7.
