# Sweet Potato Casserole Small dish, perfect for thanksgiving meal ## ingredients * 1 29 Oz can of Sweet Potatoes (Well drained) * 1 Egg * 1/4 Cup Milk * 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar * 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla * 1/2 Teaspoon Salt * 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon * 1/8 Cup butter, melted (2 tabs) * 1/4 Cup all purpose flour * 1/2 Cup chopped pecans ## steps 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit 2. In a large bowl, mash sweet potatos, add eggs, milk, half of the brown sugar (~6 tbsp), vanilla, salt, cinnamon. Mix well and spread evenly. 3. In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour, and remaining brown sugar. Stir in chopped pecans. Sprinkle evenly over sweet potato mix. 4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is browned. ## notes * Let stand 10 minutes before serving. * Can use microwave for 2 minutes or until hot * Can instead top with marshmallows, bacon, french fried onions, or even shredded sweetened coconut
