+Recipe that origininaly came from the [chipotle bowls](https://pingforagoodtime.com/recipes/recipe.php#chipotle-bowls.md) recipe.
+
+## ingredients
+* 1/4 cup red onions, diced
+* 3 tbsp chopped jalapenos, finely chopped
+* 1 lime, squeezed
+* 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
+* 2 tsp salt (to taste)
+* 3 large ripe avocados
+
+## steps
+1. Add avocados to a bowl with lime juice and cilantro.
+2. Mash until smooth (or chunky.)
+3. Stir in jalapenos, red onion, and salt to taste
+

+* Make enough for 8 chipotle bowl meals.
