+Delicious and creamy mashed potatos for two!
+
+## ingredients
+* 1 lb potatoes
+* 2 tsp salt (divided)
+* 1 tsp butter
+* 1/4 C heavy cream
+* Black pepper
+
+## steps
+1. Peel, cut up, and place potatoes into salted cold water in a pot
+2. Bring pot to boil, then reduce heat to medium
+3. Let potatoes cook for 20-25 minutes or until a knife easly cuts them
+4. Drain potatoes and then add then back to the pot
+5. Dry over low heat for 1 minute
+6. Add butter, heavy cream, pepper, and remaining salt
+7. Mash up and mix with your tool of choice (masher recommended)
