-Great meal prep meal!

-## ingredients
-* 1/2 cup flour
-* 1 large egg
-* 1 Tbsp melted butter
-* 1 Pinch of salt
-* 6 Tbsp low-fat-milk
-* 1/4 cup water

-1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
-2. Heat a greased non-stick pan (medium pan & heat or so should do).
-3. Pour batter, it will be runny, think larger and thinner pancakes.
-4. Wait for first side to brown and then flip.
-5. (Optional) if you want to add Hazelnut Spread, butter it onto the now face-up side.
-6. Wait for other side to brown, then set aside on a plate and roll/apply extras.
