+# Avocado Rice
+Great meal prep meal!
+
+## ingredients
+* 1/2 cup flour
+* 1 large egg
+* 1 Tbsp melted butter
+* 1 Pinch of salt
+* 6 Tbsp low-fat-milk
+* 1/4 cup water
+
+## steps
+1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
+2. Heat a greased non-stick pan (medium pan & heat or so should do).
+3. Pour batter, it will be runny, think larger and thinner pancakes.
+4. Wait for first side to brown and then flip.
+5. (Optional) if you want to add Hazelnut Spread, butter it onto the now face-up side.
+6. Wait for other side to brown, then set aside on a plate and roll/apply extras.

+* Serves 3-4
+* I enjoyed putting Hazelnut Spread on the inside and rolling it up.
+* Add other fruit toppings to make it better. (bananas, strawberries, etc)
