+# Banana Bread
+Great way to get rid of blackening bananas!
+
+## ingredients
+* 1 3/4 C Flour
+* 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
+* 1/2 tsp Soda
+* 3/4 tsp Salt
+* 1/3 C Shortening
+* 2/3 C Sugar
+* 2 Eggs
+* 1/2 C Nuts (Optional)
+* 1 C Bananas (~3-4)
+
+## steps
+1. Mash bananas into bowl.
+2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
+3. Mix until uniform batter forms.
+4. Pour into bread pan.
+5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

+* This is much easier to make with bananas that are very mushy.
