# Avocado Rice
Great meal prep meal!

## ingredients
* 3 cups uncooked rice
* 4 whole garlic cloves
* 4 tbsp olive oil
* Chopped Cilantro
* 2 limes (juice)
* 8 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 4 tsp dried basil
* 4 tsp dried oregano
* 4 tsp dried thyme
* 4 tsp ground coriander
* 2 tsp ground cumin
* 2 avocados

## steps
1. Cook Rice according to package instructions.
2. Roast garlic and Shallots in preheated 400F oven for ~20 minutes.
3. Blend all remaining ingredients and cooked aromatics until smooth.
4. Mix the blended sauce with the finished rice.

* Makes ~5 meals
