# Chipotle Adobo Chicken Marinade
Recipe that origininaly came from the [chipotle bowls](https://pingforagoodtime.com/recipes/recipe.php#chipotle-bowls.md) recipe.
## ingredients
* 1/2 white onion
* 6 cloves garlic
* 1 cup cilantro
* 1 tbsp oregano
* 1 tbsp onion powder
* 1 tbsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp coarse salt
* 1 tbsp Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 7 oz chipotles in adobo sauce
* 1 lime, squeezed
## steps
1. In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients.
2. blend until thick and well combined.
## notes
* Make enough for 8 chipotle bowl meals.
* Goes great for chicken in any tacos, salads, or quesadillas.
