# Corn Salsa
Recipe that origininaly came from the [chipotle bowls](https://pingforagoodtime.com/recipes/recipe.php#chipotle-bowls.md) recipe.
## ingredients
* 3 bag (12 oz) frozen sweet corn, thawed
* 3 diced jalapenos, deseeded
* 1 cup red onion, diced
* 1 cup chopped cilantro
* 1 tbsp salt (to taste)
* 1 lime juiced
## steps
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Stir until everything is coated.
## notes
* Make enough for 8 chipotle bowl meals.
