# Crepes
Not a pancake, but kind of a pancake ;)
## ingredients
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 large egg
* 1 Tbsp melted butter
* Pinch of salt
* 6 Tbsp low-fat-milk
* 1/4 cup water
## steps
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat a greased non-stick pan (medium pan & heat or so should do).
3. Pour batter, it will be runny, think larger and thinner pancakes.
4. Wait for first side to brown and then flip.
5. (Optional) if you want to add Hazelnut Spread, butter it onto the now face-up side.
6. Wait for other side to brown, then set aside on a plate and roll/apply extras.
## notes
* Serves 3-4
* I enjoyed putting Hazelnut Spread on the inside and rolling it up.
* Add other fruit toppings to make it better. (bananas, strawberries, etc)
