+# Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
+Meat that falls apart! Perfect for a lazy meal prep week.
+
+## ingredients
+* 1/2 cup brown sugar
+* 1/2 cup soy sauce
+* 1 tbsp minced garlic
+* 1 tbsp ground ginger
+* 1 tbsp sesame oil
+* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
+* 1 tsp onion powder
+* ~3-4 lb chuck roast (boneless)
+* 4 heads broccoli
+* 2 1/2 cups dry rice
+
+## steps
+1. Combine everything into a slow cooker.
+2. Ensure meat is coated with sauce.
+3. Cook on low for 8 hours. High for 4-5 hours.
+4. Rip up meat with forks and serve over rice.
+5. Add brocolli on the side.

+* Makes ~8 servings if you add broccoli and rice.
