# Chipotle Bowls
Great meal prep dish and tastes better than the actual resturaunt, for much cheaper! This has the toppings and links to all the other needed recipes.

## ingredients
* 1 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese
* sour cream (optional)
* 1 1/2 whole head romaine lettuce (optional)
* pico de gallo (Store bought)

## steps
1. Pour the [marinade](https://pingforagoodtime.com/recipes/recipe.php#chipotle-adobo-chicken-marinade.md) over the chicken, tossing to coat every piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165.) Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.
3. Combine chicken, cilantro lime rice, corn salsa, and guacamole!

* Make enough for 8 chipotle bowl meals.
