+## ingredients
+* 3 cups uncooked rice
+* 4 whole garlic cloves
+* 4 tbsp olive oil
+* Chopped Cilantro
+* 2 limes (juice)
+* 8 tbsp soy sauce
+* 1 cup chicken broth
+* 4 tsp dried basil
+* 4 tsp dried oregano
+* 4 tsp dried thyme
+* 4 tsp ground coriander
+* 2 tsp ground cumin
+* 2 avocados
+
+## steps
+1. Cook Rice according to package instructions.
+2. Roast garlic and Shallots in preheated 400F oven for ~20 minutes.
+3. Blend all remaining ingredients and cooked aromatics until smooth.
+4. Mix the blended sauce with the finished rice.
